I'm going to the pet store after school today, to pick out my birthday present from Kaachan and Tousan!!! v(^_^)v I can't wait - even if they already sold the iguana I was looking at, I get to have a pet!!
Oh! And I got new shoes for running. They're really nice - Pumas. *__* Tousan says if my grades are okay, he'll let me join tennis and track when I get into middle school, so I can't slack off now.
... The only bad part of my birthday is having to listen to all my friends every year talk about how I'm older than them. Not really my fault my birthday comes when it does, and anyways, school's been in session for months. Is it that big a deal that I'm thirteen now?

Mariko-chan and Eimi-chan spent the weekend in Miyazaki, and I got to stay home. :|

Senri-nii helped me set this all up last night, so now I finally have a journal. Doesn't look like too many people from Shitenhouji are on, but that's more than from Shishigaku. Nothing much has happened around here lately, not that that's a big chance. Nothing ever happens in Kumamoto.
Of course, Senri-nii's pretty excited about Tezuka-nii staying in Osaka next year. Isn't that crazy?! I wish Kaa-chan would let me stay in Osaka, too, but I think she wants me to go to Shishigaku for junior high. :| No thank you! I really want to go to Tokyo, maybe visit Tachibana-san with Senri-nii, but Kaa-chan would have a cow if I even asked.
Anyone feel like coming down to Kyuushuu?
